We are changing clinical system in June 2026. Please note the details below as some services within the practice may be affected.
Our clinical system is changing between the 12th and 19th of June
What this means for you, the patient.
From the Friday 12th June until roughly Friday 19th June 2026 – We will have limited access to your medical records and have limited access to process prescriptions.
The practice will also be suspending all online services during this time.
The practice will also be unable to register any new patients during this transition and the week prior to the change.
During this transition to our new system during the dates provided, the practice will not be able to provide our normal service, we will only have capacity for urgent cases.
We will have no advance bookings during the time of changeover. We will keep all patients updated via text message. Please ensure that we have the correct contact details for you prior to the changeover.
